Sometimes it takes control of your life and you see life in the worst possible way. Negativity can lead to sadness, depression, stress, and it can take away your energy and motivation. Instead of being go-getter, you become dispirited, so if people are constantly posting negative stuff on your Facebook, think about removing them from your friends list because negativity will suck the motivation right out of you.
