Power Up Christmas Mood with Popsicle Yogurt Jelly Popsicle Yogurt Jelly (Yields 10 cups) Ingredients A 14g agar agar powder / jelly powder 475g plain yogurt 1500ml water 1 can mixed cocktail (w/o syrup) 6-8 tbsp condensed milk (your taste) Pink & Green food colouring 10 cups Ingredients B 6g agar agar powder / jelly powder 800ml water 140g baking chocolate Ice cream stick (wash & dry) Method 1) Fill each cup with mixed cocktail. 2) Boil ingredients A until the yogurt dissolve, filter and divide into 3 bowls. Add 2 bowls with pink and green food colouring. 3) Pour ¾ portion mixture into each cup, when it is half-set, poke the surface with fork before adding the top layer. 4) Melt the baking chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds. 5) Boil ingredients B, remove it from the heat. 6) Insert the ice cream stick in the center of the yogurt jelly. 7) Fill each cup with chocolate mixture. 8)When it is set ,chill in the fridge. 9) Remove from the cup & serve.
