Potato salad with Toast Ingredients 4 Slices bread (cut off the edges) 3 Slices bread (cut with Christmas tree shape cutter) 3 Russet Potatoes (Boiled & mashed & leave some small chunks) 3 Hard boiled eggs (chopped finely) 1 Carrot (cut into half thinly slice & some salt) 1 Japanese Cucumber (cut into half thinly slice & some salt) 4 Slices ham (Chopped) 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise (Kewpie Brand) Some salt Step 1 - 3 bread and using cutter for Christmas tree shape from center of the bread. - 4 bread and cut off the edges and rolled to corn shape. - Bake for 10 minutes at 170 degrees. Turn off the heat immediately when turn golden brown. Step 2 - Combine all others ingredients into a mixing bowl, add in the mayonnaise and mix well. - Chill your salad in the fridge. - Scoop the potato salad on the Christmas tree and corn shape toasted bread. - Ready to serve.
