Heart Shape Jelly with Strawberries and Strawberry Nata De Coco Ingredients The Heart Shape: 10g Jelly powder 800ml water 100ml fresh milk 180-200g sugar (your taste) 15 Strawberries cut into small size 1/2 pkt of Strawberry Nata De Coco Food colorings-Pink The Assorted Jelly: 5g Jelly powder 450ml water 90-120g sugar (your taste) 4pcs Kiwi heart shape 5pcs Strawberry heart shape 5 Strawberry Roses Craved Food Colorings-Red & Pink Mould I used: 2 heart shape 6" pan Heart Shape mould Rose mould Heart shape cutter Love & Kiss cutter Method Heart Shape: -Combine jelly powder, sugar and water till dissolved. Bring to a boil then add in milk and a drop of pink colour. Mix thoroughly and bring to a final boil and switch off the fire. -Wet a 6" heart pan, place cut strawberries & strawberry nata de coco. -Scoop up 700ml & slowly pour in the heart pan. -Scoop up 200ml for the other 6” heart pan (cover). Method Assorted Shape -Boil the jelly powder, sugar till dissolved. -Scoop up 100ml of transparent jelly for the 4pcs heart shape filled with a piece of kiwi each in heart mould. -Scoop up 150ml of cooked jelly, add red colour for the 5pcs heart shape filled with a piece of strawberry in heart mould. -The balance of 200ml of jelly, add pink and pour into the roses & heart mould, love & kiss cutter used. -Let jelly cool down, chill in the fridge.
